FHSRPIX - Report/Chart Index Program (still an Extended option for Registered users only)

1. Report/Chart REFERENCE file can now contain information about multiple reports
2. Can print single index report containing references from multiple reports
3. Program display shows number of ID's referenced and total references in file
4. Individual reports show date and time report was produced
5. New Table of Contents report
6. "TITLES" program option allows customizing report description line in Table of Contents
7. Modified report description lines can be saved in Reference File
8. Report Index can be printed in Columnar or Free Form styles
9. Multiple references can be shown on main reference line Use of Reference Type Symbols is controlled by a user modifiable system table (REFERENC)
