FHSTTFL - Tiny Tafel Program Changes:

• 08/08/98 - changes to support Long Place Names
• 04/27/98 - Correct problem updating surname table for entries after the 9th; also correct "error 09 in line 1670" when displaying surname table with fewer than 9 entries
• 04/23/98 - Correct failure to process CTRL+PGDN (go to end) and CTRL+PGUP (go to beginning) when viewing list of surnames
• 04/07/98 - Correct "Error 52 in line 2920 of FHSRUN3" when updating file with changes to interest levels
• 10/04/97 - Program had only accepted uppercase response to message displayed when program option F3 was selected
